Automate DATEV Exports via API Connection

From manual to automated import

Since 2021, Mobilexpense has supported our German customers with the manual data export for DATEV Rechnungswesen (accounting software). With our latest update, we have added fully automated export support for DATEV through their API connection called DATEV Dataservices (“DATEV-Datenservices").

How to automate your exports to Mobilexpense

During the setup which takes you through the authentication process, you will be able to

select the client,
map your cost allocation properties and
opt-in for fully automatic exports of approved expense reports.

All relevant transaction data will automatically be populated once you import the transaction batch from DATEV Unternehmen Online (Beleg Online). Dates, amounts, VAT, cost allocations, etc. will be available in Mobilexpense, including a link to the receipt image.

To start using our DATEV Datenservices integration, please contact your DATEV tax consultant to enable Unternehmen Online – Beleg Online and activate Rechnungswesen to be used through DATEV Datenservices.
