Sue continues: "The Implementation Team from Declaree has been reactive to our requirements from day one. They have been available throughout our onboarding process to ensure we have configured our system correctly to meet our organisational business needs, and the users are set up correctly in the Workflow, Groups and Projects Sections.The Implementation Team has also been in direct contact with our payroll department to ensure the export file is fit for acceptance and that all users are reimbursed on time.
From the users’ perspective, they can record their mileage and expense claims daily from their smartphones and submit them easily to their dedicated line manager.
The approve and reject function is easy, as expenses can be partially approved or rejected, still allowing the claimant to receive part of their claim rather than delay the whole thing.
Managers now have visibility of the expenses they have approved, and our finance team have an audit tool that is no longer a manual process from paper to data input."
