Manual to self-developed to automated expense management

Before using Mobilexpense, GEMÜ followed the classic route of manual travel and expense management including paper receipts and a lot of paperwork.

The company then decided to switch to digital and work with a self-developed SharePoint tool. Three years later, they decided to switch again to Mobilexpense's automated expense tool. This latest switch was motivated by the need for improved tax law compliance which was lacking with the SharePoint workflow, and guaranteed by Mobilexpense.
